This group is mainly concerned with the dissemination of information to all professionals working in the Borough, either in practise or in-house. This may be through invitations to events, canvassing opinion for matters of strategic importance to the development of business locally or advising about Chamber/Forum meetings and events.

The group is represented on, and actively involved with, the Forum and Chamber steering groups and seeks to stay abreast of developments in other sector groups to identify opportunities to liaise, undertake joint-ventures with other groups or promote the generic services of local professionals, be they lawyers, accountants, bankers or marketing-related services and, if appropriate, our property sector colleagues.

This sector Group works in close conjunction with the Retail Sector Group to help coordinate activities in the Town Centre. The Guildford Town Center Retail Web Site promotes all aspects of Guildford's retail and business community and provides links to theatre, leisure and tourism web sites.
