Shared
Ownership Landlords
|
|
Shared
ownership properties in the borough are owned by various
landlords although properties are allocated via the Joint
Housing register that is managed by Guildford Borough Council.
The
minimum amount that you will be required to purchase is
dependent on the landlord.

If
your landlord is a housing association you are likely to
pay a service charge although this will include buildings
insurance.
If
you are in a shared ownership property with a housing association
landlord you may still apply for a transfer through the
Shared Ownership Transfer scheme held by the local authority.
