Guildford - Park Barn

Although principally aimed at the over 55's, the centre is also used by many local community groups and clubs with customers of all ages using the various facilities throughout the day, evenings and weekends.

Can I eat there?.

We serve a hot meal with dessert at 12:00pm in our main restaurant. An alternative meal is available and special diets can be catered for. Meals must be booked at reception by 11:00am and bookings can also be made by telephone.

The coffee shop is open from 9:00am to 1:30pm for teas, coffees, snacks and light lunches which include sandwiches, bacon baguettes, jacket potatoes and a selection of home made cakes.

What facilities are available?.

Facilities at the centre include a professional hairdressing salon, a health care suite with a qualified chiropodist and purpose built bathing facilities for those who need assistance with bathing.

What can I do when I'm there?.

We have a variety of activities at the centre and our experienced staff will tailor activities to individual requirements. Daily activities include arts and crafts plus many other items.

How can I get there?.

Transport is available for those unable to make their own way to the centre, this is operated by the Dial a Ride service, arrangements will be made with individuals.

Each bus is specially adapted. The driver will collect you from your door and see you safely home at the end of the day.
