Guildford Borough Council's Business Rates Service aims to:

"Collect the Business Rates that helps the Borough of Guildford, County of Surrey, Parishes and Police Authorities to provide vital amenities and services. The effectiveness of the Collection service will be measured by providing value for money through competitive costs and high levels of collection".
