The Business Rates service is obliged by law to provide the Best Value to citizens. This means having a 5 year plan that sets out how we will improve in the future.
Our original Best Value business plan was produced in 2001, and was subsequently updated last year in 2002. The 2003 plan will be published in September, although a summary document of our plans to 2008 will be available here on this site by the end of August.
