16th and 17th Century Building of great historic interest formerly a courtroom and Council Chamber. The ground floor is of Tudor origin. The building houses civic plate, including many rare items. The Classical front of the building is dominated by a magnificent bracket clock made in 1683.

Guildhall open:
Tuesday and Thursday for guided tours 14:00 and 15:00. Other times by prior arrangement.  Admission free.
