Concert Season
The Brilliance of the Baroque

Friday 31 October & Saturday 1 November 7.30pm 
Holy Trinity Church 

Programme includes:

JS Bach BWV 1041 Violin Concerto in A minor
CPE Bach Flute Concerto in G
Purcell excerpts from Abdelazar (The Moor’s Revenge)
and music by Vivaldi and Arne

Guildford Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra

Andrew Watkinson   director & violin


Andrew Watkinson returns once more to Guildford’s beautiful Holy Trinity Church for two glorious evenings of music from the Baroque era.  He is joined by Sally Dunkley renowned in the field of Renaissance and Baroque music and Kate Hill, one of this country’s leading flautists and Principal Flute with the Guildford Philharmonic.  You can then end your evening with a glass of wine at Guildford’s historic Guildhall.        

Tickets:  £18 including post-concert glass of wine at the Guildhall, £15 concert only, £3 children, students & ES40s

NB Seating in the church may not as comfortable as a concert hall, so do bring a cushion!
