How does it work?

Every time you present your active card when paying for certain activities, we will credit your card with metre points for you to collect.

What can I do with these metre points?

Once you have collected your metre points you can use them against certain activities listed in our newsletter or on our website.

Does it cost anything to join?

If you are a resident of Guildford Borough your card is FREE.  All you have to do is fill in the application form and we will process your card, then you can start collecting metre points straight away.  If you do not live within Guildford Borough you can still join for a fee of £5. (Proof of residency may be required)

How do I find out about the latest leisure offers?

You will receive a free newsletter three times a year which contains details on how many metre points you need for certain activities.  It also includes special offers and discounts at other leisure council venues, restaurants and attractions.

How can I check my metre points?

Every time you use your active card at Spectrum you will be given a receipt which will tell you how many metre points are on your card.  Alternatively ask a member of our customer service staff to check for you.

Do you qualify for a green card?

Spectrums green active card is available to income support card holders, senior citizens, unemployed, those on invalidity benefit and students.  All concessionary cardholders will be able to take advantage of the concessionary prices at Spectrum and also, there will be special offers and discounts for green active card holders in the newsletter!
