Set in three acres of landscaped gardens, retaining much of their 1030's charm, the lido not only has a heated, 50 metre pool and restored changing facilties but for a total body workout now has a fully equipped free weights gym.  It is the perfect place to work out your frustrations, build team spirit and build yourself up to peak fitness.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open from mid May to September each year from 10.30am - 6.30pm for public swimming.  Prices are £4 for adults and £3 for juniors  (under 16 years)

Adult only lane swim is available Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.00 - 8.40pm.  The pool is also available for clubs and private hire.  Please call 01483 444888 for more information.

Workshop Gym

Open all year round the worshop gym is available Monday - Friday 11.00am - 9.00pm and Saturday & Sunday 11.00am - 4.00pm.  Membership to the Workshop Gym gives unlimited access during opening hours to the gym and Lido.
