Cash We still take good old fashioned cash. Just pop into the Box Office during office hours and pick up your tickets
Cheques Please make cheques payable to G.B.C and make a telephone reservation to avoid disappointment before sending cheques in the post.
Credit and Debit cards Tickets may be with Mastercard, Visa and Switch either in person or via the telephone.
Reservations We are happy to reserve tickets for you - these will be held for three days, or until one hour before the performance (whichever is sooner). Unpaid reservations may be cancelled without prior notice after this time.
Posting Tickets Tickets may be posted to you for a charge of 50p (we post our tickets to Friends of the Electric Theatre free of charge)
Free Mailing List To receive regular copies of the Electric Theatre brochure simply call the box office and ask to be added to our mailing list.
Facilities for the Disabled The Electric Theatre aims to make its facilities accessible to all members of the community. There is level or ramped access to the auditorium, cafe bar and toilets, and a Sennheiser infra red system for hearing impaired patrons. Please let us know your requirements by calling the box office and we will strive to accommodate them.
Refunds and Exchanges Once you have paid for your tickets we are unable to make refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another night of the same performance for an administration fee of £1 per ticket. Tickets for sold out shows may be left at the Box Office for possible resale. Resale cannot be guaranteed
