To ensure the Benefit Service is providing the Best Value to customers at all times, we are obliged by law to produce 5 year plans that demonstrate how we will improve in future.
Our original Best Value business plan was produced in 2001, and was subsequently updated last year in 2002. The 2003 plan will be published in September, although a summary document of our plans to 2008 will be available here on this site by the end of August.
