We have a Planning Helpdesk to help you with your planning questions and to give you general information about our planning and building control services. 

This helpdesk is on the 2nd floor of Millmead House. It's open Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and from 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. Our helpdesk staff can help you with questions on how to fill in your application and more general information about our services. There are duty officers both for our planning and building control services and they can help with more detailed questions. The advice our staff give you at the helpdesk is informal.

On Thursdays a late night plan viewing service is available until 8pm at the main council reception, on the ground floor.  You will need to phone us on 01483 444609 by 4pm on the day to let us know the file you want to look at.  We are unable to offer a copying service on Thursday evenings.
