MONITORING OF DEVELOPMENT

The monitoring of planning applications and decisions is an important part of our work. We monitor residential, employment, retail and telecommunications developments to ensure that sufficient land is available to fulfil the provisions of the Surrey Structure Plan and to help in reviewing Local Plan policies.
