You will find all of our planning services on the second floor of the council offices in Millmead House.
We have a planning helpdesk to help with your general planning questions and to give information and advice on our services. This helpdesk is on the second floor and is open Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and from 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.
On Thursday, we offer a late night plan viewing service until 8.00pm in the main council reception. You should phone us by 4.00pm on Thursday to tell us which plans you would like to view that evening. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a photocopying service on Thursday evening.
