Capital schemes
In addition to our day to day smaller schemes, we are also responsible for the design, supervision and project management for capital schemes. These are construction schemes that cost in excess of £50,000. Our role is to design the scheme to our clients satisfaction, put together tender documents and supervise the construction of the works on site to ensure that they are built safely, to specification and budget.

Recent schemes include:

  • March 2002 – Artington Park and Ride (£2 Million)
  • September 2002 – CCTV Phase Two (£85,000)
  • September 2002 – Harvey Road Pedestrian Facilities (£65,000)
  • March 2004 - Lakeside Road Pedestrian Tunnel (£1.4 million)
There are other schemes that are in the planning or pre-design phase, for more information please refer to our future projects pages.
