The Council participated in an all-postal vote pilot scheme for the May 2003 Borough Council elections.  The Electoral Commission issued a final report on 31 July 2003 evaluating the pilot scheme (Part A) and issuing the final order required by statute (Part B).  These documents can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
