The overall Council Tax increase for 2004/2005 (not including Parishes) is 4.87%.
But remember:
- This overall increase includes the Surrey County Council increase of 4.45% and the Surrey Police Authority increase of 8.86%.
- Guildford Borough Council's increase is the lowest at 3.41% (nb. Guildford's tax rise is also the lowest in Surrey).
