Under the Hospitality at Surrey brand, the University of Surrey provides one of the largest conference and function venues in the Guildford area. All facilities are centred on the main University campus which is easy to access whether travelling by road, rail or air.

Oak House, a spacious restaurant and bar complex, is the latest addition to the University's conference facilities. The complex includes Seasons 450-seat Restaurant, Roots 200-seat Cafe Bar and the Oak Suite of meeting and dining space.
