Surrey Learning and Skills Council works with partner organisations in the County to involve more people in learning, future improve levels of achievement and ensure that people of all ages have the right range of opportunities and help with making the right choices.

Surrey Learning and Skills Council also develops local workforce development plans.  These guide local action to encourage employers, particularly small firms, to invest in developing their workforce and promote the business denefits of this, including recognition through the Investors in People Standard.
